On October 28, Koei Tecmo and Nintendo published a new trailer for Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, revealing the Divine Beasts are playable. The trailer shows the players controlling Divine Beast Vah Ruta, Vah Rudania, Vah Medoh, and Vah Naboris. The four Divine Beasts are in the original Zelda Breath Of The Wild, with Link going to each one of them for reasons you obviously know if you played the game.
Sure, we already knew the Champions were playable. Mipha, Daruk, Revali, and Urbosa. However, the fact that we will be able to directly control the Divine Beasts in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, instead of simply seeing them rain destruction in cutscenes, is definitely a big surprise. Hyping up the game even more in my book. I’m incredibly excited now, and this has potential to be a really great game.
Note that a demo for Age of Calamity was simultaneously announced and released on October 28. The demo lets you play through the first chapter of the game. Your save data can be transferred to the full game as well.

The Divine Beasts are four mechanical warriors created by the Sheikah of Hyrule 10,000 years before the events of Breath of the Wild. They were unearthed by the Hylians approximately 100 years before the present-day events of the game to be piloted by four Champions of Hyrule in the prophesied imminent return of Ganon.
Vah Ruta

Divine Beast Vah Ruta is the Divine Beast that was piloted by the Zora Champion Mipha. Its shape resembles an elephant and is initially found in the East Reservoir Lake of Lanayru Province, and later near Ruto Mountain.

Divine Beast Vah Naboris is the Divine Beast that was piloted by the Gerudo Champion Urbosa. Its shape resembles a camel and is initially found in the East Barrens of Gerudo Desert, and later atop Spectacle Rock.

Divine Beast Vah Medoh is the Divine Beast that was piloted by the Rito Champion Revali. Its shape resembles a bird and is initially found flying a circular pattern over Lake Totori of Tabantha Province, and later perched atop the Rito village spire.

The Final Trial is a dungeon introduced in the second DLC pack, The Champions' Ballad. It is very similar in design to the other beasts. Upon completion, Link receives the Master Cycle Zero.
